The Sunday after Christmas Day
Parish Communion, 11am
11:00am – MIDDAY, PARISH COMMUNION
In obedience to Our Lord’s own words, at the Last Supper, we offer gifts of bread and wine, which through the power of the Holy Spirit makes Him present to us today. In this gift of Holy Communion the saving power of the cross is made present, along with the triumph of the resurrection.
We normally have a robed choir to assist our singing on Sunday and there is always a sermon (talk) to help us to understand the readings we have heard and to apply them to our own lives.
On the second and fourth Sundays we run a Sunday School (in the adjacent Parish Room), so whole families feel they can worship with us, since teaching is provided at the level appropriate for younger children.

We are holding a Walsingham Day in Crowhurst. People are welcome to come and go as they wish. You will need to book in for lunch and the details of how to do that will have circulated in January.

- Lecture on Saxon Crowhurst and its links to Walsingham. 1pm-1:30pm
- Healing Service 1:45-2:30pm
- Sung Prayer Book Eucharist and Procession to mark the Eve of Candlemas 3pm-4pm
- Tea and cake 4pm-4:30pm
